New batch of Standard Family Orders out for consultation

Comments on 74 orders covering children and other non-financial matters required by 18th April.

  • The President has issued the long-awaited second volume of Standard Family Orders but this time has called for a short consultation before they are finalised.

There are 74 orders in this batch covering mostly children and other non-financial matters (see full list below) and while some of them have been in circulation for a while, others have not, hence the consultation.

Any comments, suggestions for improvements or proposed drafting amendments should be sent to him at this address

Once finalised all the orders will be available on the Family Law Hub as separate documents. In the meantime, a zip file of all 74 orders is attached.

Additionally, the orders will be available for online drafting via familyorders.co.uk and in the 2nd volume of the Standard Family Orders Handbook, due for publication in late Spring 2018.
