Pakistan joins 1980 Hague Child Abduction Convention

In force from 1 March 2017

  • Pakistan will be a contracting state to the 1980 Hague Child Abduction Convention from 1 February 2017 after it submitted its instrument of accession on 22 December 2016.

    It is the 96th state to contract to the Convention.
