David Williams QC appointed to the High Court Bench

Fills the gap left by elevation of Andrew Moylan to the Court of Appeal

  • David Williams QC of 4PB has been appointed as a Family Division High Court Judge.

    David, aged 53, will be known as The Honourable Mr Justice Williams. He took Silk in 2013, was appointed as a Recorder in 2016 and authorised to sit as a Deputy High Court Judge in 2017. The appointment takes effect from 2 October 2017

    His appointment follows the elevation of Mr Justice Moylan to the Court of Appeal.
