    They will lead you through the different types of private pension scheme available, assess the impact of the state pension, explain the rules around the use of experts and run through the key steps for implementing any form of pension sharing order.

    Deliberately pitched at a fundamental level this is an excellent introduction to the topic for trainees and younger members of the family law profession as well as being the ideal reminder of the basic principles for more experienced practitioners who perhaps have not worked on a pension case recently.
