Law Society publishes No Deal Brexit guidance for family lawyers

One of the first in a series of papers the Law Society will release.

  • The Law Society has waded into the no deal Brexit debate and published it's own guidance for family lawyers highlighting the changes in civil and commercial cooperation that would occur should the UK leave the EU without having reached an agreement with the EU.
