New E-Bundle protocol for Financial Remedies Courts

New guidance issued by The Hon Mr Justice Mostyn.

  • This latest guidance refers to the good practice protocol issued on 7th November 2019, stating that “the FRCs will endeavour to adopt environmentally friendly processes. For example, where possible, parties will be encouraged to conduct hearings on a paperless basis”. 

    This protocol details the necessary steps for using an e-bundle in the Financial Remedy Courts.
