Child Arrangements Order (Consequential Amendments to Subordinate Legislation) Order 2014

This order makes amendments to secondary legislation in consequence of s.12 Children and Families Act 2014, which removes the definition of “residence order” and “contact order” in s. 8(1) Children Act 1989 and introduces a new order, the “child arrangements order”.
