- Application by wife for committal of husband for contempt of court after breach of two disclosure orders. Mostyn J granted the application, imposed a 9 month sentence and issued a European arrest warrant. Judgment, 10/11/2015, free

- Appeals against three orders in international child case including an appeal against an 18 month sentence for contempt. The contempt order was overturned largely because the judge making it had failed to deal adequately with the father's application for her to recuse herself. The President found that matters beyond the M's control had meant that the order could not be complied with, and further that, even if there had been a breach, that breach had not continued because the order did not require her to do anything at any time thereafter, nor did it spell out what was to be done if, for any reason, there had not been compliance by the specified time.
